Payment
Price first, payment in the app.
Fares follow a distance-based table within the region and appear before you request. No surge pricing.

The passenger chooses in the app. Pix is Brazil’s instant payment system. No cash changing hands with the driver.
- 2Charged per ride
If the ride is canceled through no fault of the passenger, the amount is refunded.
- 3Payout to the driver
The driver gets paid through the app, with Voltinha’s commission already deducted.
Each partner association sets criteria for its area and can block drivers, with a recorded reason and the right to appeal. Voltinha verifies the drivers and operates the platform.
Safety
Every ride has an owner, a route and a record.
Verified drivers
Documents, a license cleared for paid driving, a background check and a selfie, all reviewed by Voltinha before the first ride.
Pickup PIN
The ride only starts when the driver enters the passenger’s code.
Within the region
Pickup and destination always inside the area served.
Ratings on both sides
Passengers and drivers rate each other. Every ride is recorded, and associations can block drivers in their area.
